Syphilis is a disease which is a bacterial infection. This disease grows by sexual contact generally. Commonly on your genitals, rectum or mouth this bacterial infection disease starts as a under aesthetic sore. Through skin or mucous membrane contact with these sores the bacterial infection Syphilis spreads from one  person to another person. Following  the starting  infection, the bacteria  of syphilis before becoming agile again can remain slumbering in your body for decades.

Even with a single injection of penicillin the early syphilis sometimes can be treated successfully. Syphilis can very badly  damage your organs like your heart, brain and may your other organs also without treatment,  and can become a life-threatening for you , or it can also be transfer from a  mother to a child who is even unborn .In each stages the bacterial infection disease syphilis increase and  with each stage the symptoms of the infection differ. The symptoms of the disease does not  always happen in the same order because the stages may overlap. For years you may be infected with the bacterial infection syphilis and may   not notice a even sinlge symptoms of it.

Primary syphilis:

Secondary syphilis:

In the mouth or genital area the rash may be show someone the way by wart-like sores, the rash is generally not itchy. Muscle aches, swollen lymph nodes, sore throat, hair loss, may also experience by some people.

Latent syphilis:

When you have no symptoms of the disease and you are not going to do any treatment then the bacterial infection syphilis moves from the secondary to the latent which is also known as the hidden stage.

Tertiary syphilis:

Tertiary syphilis, the late stage, is the stage where you did not get the treatment and will grow complications, the 15 to 30 percentage of people get inflected with these kind of syphilis. It will damage your eyes, blood vessels, nerves, brain, bones, liver.

Congenital syphilis:

By the placenta or during birth Babies which are born to women who have syphilis can get infected. although the new born child experience a rash on the palms of their hands and the soles of their feet as most newborns with congenital syphilis have no symptoms. And then the symptoms  after sometime  most of the people can be seen include teeth deformities, deafness,  and saddle nose.

How long does it take to cure syphilis?

The time taken by the syphilis to get cure is different for the different type of the disease syphilis. As like for the primary syphilis the chancre generally  grows about three weeks after exposure. Many people don’t notice the chancre who have syphilis because it’s generally have no pain and it may be not see in  the rectum or vagina. In less than three to six weeks the chancre will heal on its own. For as long as a year the secondary syphilis may get disappear in less than a few weeks or repeatedly come and go . The latent syphilis may never return, or the disease may progress to the tertiary (third) stage.The tertiar bacterial infection syphilis may occur many years after the original, untreated infection.

Can you get rid of syphilis?

Sure, you can get rid or cure with the bacterial infection disease syphilis. The treatment can be done with the antibiotics which is right for you. Just make sure that the treatment may not do any kind of damage that the bacterial infection has already did. A heath worker will give you an antibiotic shot if you have the disease syphilis. You should not do sex until you have taken all the right antibiotics to get cured from the disease if you does not want to infect your partner. If it is  required  your partner should has also Been tested and treated.

Is syphilis curable?

By the bacteria Treponema pallidum syphilis happen. And yes syphilis is curable if for less than a year you are infected with syphilis then only a single dose of penicillin is enough to get cured from the diseass syphilis. Another antibiotics like for those allergic to tetracycline, doxycycline, penicillin can give you instead. More doses will be needed if you are in later stage of the disease. . You should not do sex until you have taken all the right antibiotics to get cured from the disease if you does not want to infect your partner. And for instance if syphilis may get untreated then it can cause permanent and serious damage like dementia, blindness or may be death.
